Abstract

Culture is present in every area of our lives, since we grow up, we develop values, skills, beliefs, and attitudes derived from this. In an organization it is vital to adapt to its structure and to know why within this structure everything that involves the intellectual and human capital of the organization is involved, as well as its performance in it, therefore it is important to understand what organizational culture is, why is it important and why is it necessary for an organization?
