Essay on anxiety disorders
Abstract
The main objective of this essay is to describe anxiety and its current strategies used to improve health and quality of life. It should be noted that to reach anxiety, some risk factors must be present that can trigger an anxiety disorder. How does anxiety affect the mental health of people who suffer it? Among the main results, the WHO found a figure of more than 264 million people with this disorder. In most cases the anxiety disorder is caused by a stress factor, anxiety is the production as a result of a reaction that activates the central nervous system. Anxiety is caused by changes that are activated in the body system and its reactions.
