Analysis offailure in times of pandemic in the first semester of the Business Management Engineering caerr at the Instituto Tecnológico de Zacatepec
Abstract
This analysis arises from a need to know the root cause of the failure of the ITZ to meet one of the criteria of the CACECA (Areditation Council of Administrative, Accounting and Related Sciences) and continue with the accreditation of the educational program of Engineering in Business Management, since on average per generation at the institutional level it has in January-June 2019 an average failure rate of 29.3%. And it is required to have an average of less than 10% failure.
