Perfil nutricional de escolares de Hidalgo 2010: Estado de nutrición de escolares y variables del contexto familiar, escolar e individual

Abstract

The book "Nutritional Profile of Schoolchildren from Hidalgo 2010 (PENUTEH): nutritional schoolchildren status and family context, school and individual characteristics variables", is the result of the System for Integral Family Development, Autonomous University of Hidalgo, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Public Education interinstitutional coordination. The PENUTEH sets the first precedent of nutritional survey of schoolchildren. Its realization in a representative sample allows reporting data at state, municipal and school type level.
The publication of the PENUTEH aimed to provide information to decision makers in order for them to guide the actions and public policies of food, health and education in the Hidalgo state.
