It's hard to express yourself: Hegemonic Masculinity
Contributions of expressive writing in caring for men who committed gender violence
Abstract
Based on the inclusion and registration of expressive writing within a psycho-socio-educational device to care for men who committed gender violence, this article studies the process of construction and deconstruction of hegemonic masculinity. The results warn that this expressive tool is valuable both to stress hegemonic masculinity and to think about topics aimed at addressing gender violence.
