The establishment and operation of these companies is the result of human desires to be able to satisfy the needs of a material nature. The owner of a company seeks to achieve a profit through the manufacture and sale of a product or perform a service, at the same time the costumers that buy a product or service seeks to satisfy their own need.

On the other hand, it is the determining factor that motivates the entrepreneurs to establish a company. At the same time, to accept the risk that this decision implies, is to obtain some benefit through the operation of their company.
