Abstract

The author, Fernando Briones, focuses on theater pedagogy and the teaching and learning processes of theater, from their experiences in educational practices and their professional theater, to propose a theatrical art open to freedom, dialogue and social engagement. It is through the theater as you can become aware of the world around us and develop a reading achieve political, social and cultural alternative. The problems facing the teaching of theater are in three aspects: bureaucracy, scholarship and domestication in the teaching and learning processes.
