Digital transformation in society
Abstract
Digital transformation has revolutionized the way companies and organizations operate, but it has also had a significant impact on society at large, changing the way people communicate, work, shop and relate to each other. This transformation has allowed information to be available at any time through any electronic device, which has improved education and training as well as the creation of new business models and digital platforms, changing the way people buy and buy. consume products and services, however, there are still many people who do not have access to digital technologies, resulting in a digital divide increasing inequality and exacerbating social divisions.
