Abstract
The national health system or Mexican health system since its inception it has been a fragmented system, unequal and dependent on the worker's pocket, which is referred to as entitled system. Aim. Perform a structural analysis of the proposal issued by Ortíz Domínguez, M., Banuelos Téllez, F., Santana Mondragon, R., Villareal Levy, G., Garrido Latorre, F., Gonzalez Retiz, M., et al.(2010). Mexico: Towards the integration of the SNS (first ed.). Mexico, DF: Secretariat for Integration and Development Methods. A structural analysis was performed in teamwork with students in second semester of the Master of Public Health Results. For construction of a single system, it is necessary mention the following elements; Democracy, equitable and universal access, protection and integration. The textbook pointed presents a proposal of what should be the Mexican health system, including the process for integrating itself, pointed how to integrate the Mexican health system. Conclusion. It is a proposal which would be ideal for our country dream, but the reality is difficult, represents an area of opportunity to resume with the aim of integrating the Mexican health system.
