Una propuesta para promover el establecimiento de apegos seguros: La educación inicial
Resumen
El apego seguro es la base sobre la que se construye la salud mental del adolescente y del adulto, es el vínculo afectivo que se establece durante los primeros meses de vida hacia el cuidador primario, quien generalmente suele ser la madre. Las características de dicho vínculo dependen de la sensibilidad materna, la disponibilidad y la sincronía. La educación inicial puede convertirse en un espacio que permita la prevención, detección e intervención temprana de problemáticas en el apego favoreciendo el enriquecimiento de entornos que brinden las condiciones necesarias para el establecimiento de apegos seguros.
