Análisis del mapeo sistemático de Facebook para Empresas

Resumen

El objetivo de este estudio es analizar la literatura sobre Facebook Empresas y detectar los vacíos existentes en las publicaciones de 2015-2019. Se realizó un mapeo sistemático de la literatura, clasificando la información, identificando la metodología y limitaciones utilizadas en las publicaciones. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se utilizaron las bases de datos EBSCO, Elsevier, Google Académico, Mendeley y Nature generando una muestra inicial de 281 artículos. Finalmente se propone como investigaciones futuras el enfoque concerniente a Facebook Blueprint así cómo la utilización de formas innovadoras como Big Data y Deep Learning que den paso a estudios intersectoriales e interculturales.
