Analysis of the systematic mapping of Facebook for Companies

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the literature on Facebook Companies and detect existing gaps in publications 2015-2019. A systematic mapping of the literature was carried out by, classifying the information, identifying the methodology and limitations used in the publications. For the development of the research, the databases EBSCO, Elsevier, Google Academic, Mendeley and Nature were used, generating an initial sample of 281 articles. Finally, the approach concerning Facebook Blueprint as well as the use of innovative forms such as Big Data and Deep Learning that give way to intersectorial and intercultural studies are proposed as future researches.
