Abstract

This work leads us to reflect on daily ethics in the exercise of the profession, so it is important to develop proposals that allow people to preserve human dignity and human rights. The Nutritionist-Dietitian ethic implies taking   into account alternatives so that behaviors, customs and moral values change when the situation warrants it, caring for a person is complicated, especially when the person is in a vulnerable state, which is why A position of humanity and responsibility must be adopted, seeking as a priority the good of the people who are served.
