Pedagogical training for higher level music students:
exploratory study at the UAEH Institute of Arts
Abstract
The present work is an exploratory study whose main objective is to observe and analyze what are the pedagogical learning in the training of music students. This study is contextualized within the subjects of Didactics of Music and Didactics of Applied Music of the curriculum of the Degree in Music of the Institute of Arts of the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo. Four students from different generations who studied the disciplines during the years 2019 and 2020 were interviewed. Among other aspects analyzed, teacher-artistic learning in connection with professional practices in real contexts of working life stands out.
