Integration of continuous improvement in meeting customer requirements in organizations

Keywords: Lean manufacturing, Coretools, Embeded model, Productivity

Abstract

Currently, the automotive sector in the Sahagun city region, Hidalgo, is in need of developing continuous improvement practices. It has been detected that they only use some methodologies in a basic and isolated way, such as lean manufacturing and six sigma, in addition to executing them is carried out with isolated multidisciplinary teams, which occasionally present repeated actions. Therefore, this research proposes a methodology that integrates lean manufacturing with Coretools, resulting in a schematic productivity system, focused on the requirements of customers in the automotive industry and with a perspective of continuous improvement. It is a model composed of 5 phases of deployment and 5 levels of maturity, which aims to maintain constant development and growth, which are represented as follows: N1 Understands, N2, Uses, N3 Determination of guidelines, N4 affectation of the performance and N5. daily use.
