The structure of a mobile application for learning the Italian language in a basic level. Principles and processes.
Abstract
To define the structure of a mobile application (app) in the learning of a foreign language (FE), it implies recovering principles of linguistic learning interacting with the processes underlying digital environments. Under this premise, this is the theoretical and pedagogical path the design team of an educational app followed to learn Italian. First of all, the contribution criteria of the app describe the institutional needs in health emergency times that encourages the creation of new mediations to support language learning. Subsequently, the didactic and logistical guidelines considered to establish the structure of the app are indicated on a curricular base, integrated by competences that face the challenges of learning a language similar to Spanish. Finally, the structure of the app and a model of interactive learning sequence are displayed.
