Abstract

One of the main functions of organizations is to manage the achievement of objectives, although the first thing that comes to mind is financial resources, there are more functional areas and key topics for the optimal development of each of them. Thus, the administrative process justifies the leadership role in organizations, and a source of information to understand each step, both theoretically and practically, is indispensable.

This review of the book Administrative Process in Organizations aims to underline the importance of understanding the implementation of each component of the administrative process, with the aim of inviting the reader to delve into the literary work for each of these five chapters describing each stage, starting from the theorical without neglecting the practical by including exercises at the end of each topic.
