Teaching: face-to-face or virtual and the human factor

Abstract

As a result of the Covit-19 pandemic, school education was affected, since face-to-face classes were suspended and 100% virtual classes were migrated, causing a high percentage of students to abandon their studies and those who remained in the system virtual showed a very visible problem such as the lack of development of the human factor, this despite the benefits that virtual teaching has, but nevertheless the students, seeing that they were involuntarily taken to this modality, do not manage to develop, among these factors are the development of values, motivation, friendship, etc., factors that are developed in face-to-face teaching and that will be discussed in this work.
