Abstract
The nursing care plan with the interaction of NANDA, NIC and NOC taxonomies facilitates nurses care planning and can handle a standardized language. The NANDA provides a diagnostic classification serves as a guide through which the language unifies nursing internationally. The NOC taxonomy is used to conceptualize, name, classify and validate the results obtained from the nursing intervention. This language includes expected outcomes, indicators and measurement scales. The NIC taxonomy, is a comprehensive and standardized classification of interventions made by the nurse, whose focus the decision made to bring the person to the expected result. The methodology of the nurse must lead to establish an efficient and quality care, develop nursing care plans, to ensure user safety.
