Abstract

Through work experiences based on real events, the author identifies the keys to talent in the promotion of human capital by the influence of the leadership present in the different managers. It is explained in a simple and practical way the process in which people develop some type of capacity according to the direction immersed in the workplace of the company through a scheme called the circle of talent from which derive three types that are: dependent, independent and interdependent.
