Los retos de la implementación de la Industria 4.0
Resumen
El surgimiento de la Industria 4.0 representa la creación de nuevas oportunidades en las empresas para mejorar su competitividad, sin embargo, su esencia conlleva cambios sustanciales respecto a la manera en que los trabajadores interactúan con las máquinas y los equipos para incrementar la productividad. Por tales razones, este documento presenta una breve descripción de los conceptos fundamentales de la Industria 4.0, proporcionando una observación acerca de los retos que significa su implementación, junto con un análisis que resalta la importancia que tiene la administración para una adecuada toma de decisiones.
