Abstract
Strategic Administration is a book that outlines, through five sections, the way in which companies develop concepts and techniques to design and execute strategies to achieve competitive positions in a global market. The author clearly states the importance of the strategy, its design and its execution in the company's positioning process. The importance of a strategic diagnosis in an internal and external environment of the organization is highlighted, for strategic decision making, from the establishment of competitive advantages to business diversification and its sustainability. The importance of having an organizational structure with a strong corporate culture and leadership that permeates the interior of the organization is highlighted. In the final part of the book, a series of case studies are established that strengthen the meaningful learning process in students.
