Energy waste. An imperceptible opportunity
Abstract
As a result, from the COP 21 climate change commitment, Mexico has to deal with the contaminants that result from generating energy from fossil fuels. On the other hand, there is a lack of methodology and exploitation of the energy content in waste. Four processes for energy recovering from waste are described herein, these can create a synergy for Mexico to solve both energy and waste issues to comply with the commitments of the climate change summit. The article argues the need to harness the energy potential through proper waste management, the technologies described in this chapter can help to transform both problems
