La gestión estratégica de recursos humanos y el desempeño organizacional de las empresas del sector manufacturero de Aguascalientes
Resumen
Hoy en día las organizaciones enfrentan desafíos cada vez más grandes con el objetivo claro de ganar superioridad competitiva, y una manera de lograrlo es a través de sus recursos humanos, siendo estos una pieza clave en la mejora del desempeño. El objetivo de esta investigación fue conocer la relación entre la gestión estratégica de recursos humanos y el desempeño organizacional, los datos fueron recopilados mediante un cuestionario que constaba de tres partes: la primera parte destinada a datos demográficos, la segunda a la gestión estratégica de recursos humanos, y la última al desempeño organizacional. Los resultados mostraron que la forma en que una organización administra y sostiene sus recursos humanos tiene una relación notable con su desempeño y logros.
