Abstract

The book begins by emphasizing the idea of applying neuroscience to both leadership and business management and proposes that in order to synergistically apply neuroscience and management, it is important that neuroscience specialists are closer to the world of business and businessmen, reflect on the world of neuroscience. 

The development of neuromanagement begins to dabble within organizations, is a very broad field to explore, but certainly the connection between neuroscience and business management theory is giving good results within the corporations. Analogously, in the field of neuroscience, discoveries about connections in cognitive-emotional functioning have given good results in the decision-making process. This work explains how neuroscience can be applied to the business world, and how it moves from management to neuromanagement and from leadership to neuroleadership. Finally, the book approach the topic and defines how applied neurosciences are the master key to innovation in leadership, management and management of organizations and companies using organizational intelligence.
