Ordering system by means of QR codes to minimize time to customer service in the restaurant “Las Che Alitas”, in Tizayuca, 2020 – 2021.
Abstract
The use of technological devices such as a computer and a smartphone have made it more practical to carry out school work, professional work, generate and manage databases, develop programs, interact on social networks, communicate, make purchases, make online payments, etc. This ordering system aims to use mobile devices with the Android operating system and a computer with the administrator software installed and developed in Netbeans, to save time for the customer when placing an order in a restaurant. It also aims to avoid the possible loss of customers due to poor service in a restaurant, implementing a method through which the customer will be sending their order directly to the chef with the help of an order system made up of a mobile application that scans QR codes and computer software that receive and manage orders.
