The profile of the school
Abstract
The present contribution has the objective of identifying and comparing the profile that the director of a Mexican school requires to comply with the parameters that the national educational project proposes, considering that the main actor is the student and that the general purpose is to generate an education of excellence. The methodology was a basic documentary review, from specific sources, to achieve a comparison between the manager's profile that the Ministry of Public Education provided to educational institutions in 2018 and that of the Nueva Escuela Mexicana, whose guidelines must be followed from of the following school year. Presenting as a result a knowledge diagram that was made in the Lucidchart program, which allows to graphically obtain the profile of the school director. In conclusion, it is possible to identify the domains that must be possessed and the indicators for the election of a school director are considered.
