Abstract

Public policies constitute government actions with the objective of public interest, arising from decisions based on a process of diagnosis and feasibility analysis, incorporating opinion, participation, co-responsibility, such government actions are regulated seeking the common good through a diagnostic process, using tactical, strategic and operative evaluation, this allows to establish a diagnosis where the situation is analyzed on which one wants to intervene and can be. INITIAL. It is carried out at the beginning of programs or policies, in order to analyze the situation and detect the social needs for it, the diagnosis and the most adequate forecast are made. PERMANENT. It is carried out through the execution of the program, aimed at regulating the development of instruments that guarantee its efficiency and effectiveness, as well as FINAL. It is done at the end of the program, to identify the results and their communication to the scientific, professional and user community of the program.
