Empowerment as an organizational trend
Abstract
Leaders have always existed, just check the history books or how religion has been handled. However, with the industrial revolution, leadership becomes the object of study, giving rise to a series of investigations and proposals where different types of leaders are presented in a hierarchical manner where leadership is a fundamental element. The presentation of this work shows how businesses have changed in their way of delegating functions, the concept map allows us to observe empowerment or empowerment as an organizational trend from the very concept of empowerment, its development, trends, objectives, pillars basic and change of style.
