Abstract

In the present work, a device for remote monitoring of physiological constants, designate VitalAxsist, whose main objective is its use in prehospital care, is presented. Sensors are used to monitor the parameters of temperature, oxygen saturation, pulse and heart rate, which send their information to an ESP32 card, constituting, as a whole, a remote monitoring module. The ESP32 concentrates the information from the sensors and sends it via low consumption Bluetooth to a Raspberry Pi4, which performs the data processing to determine if the parameters are in a healthy range or not, giving sound alert signals. The Raspberry Pi4 concentrates the information of all the connected remote modules, allowing to centrally assist the monitoring of users in parallel in real time, which allows the data to be interpreted immediately by a paramedic, giving it the facility to carry out other tasks activities while the assistant monitors the users.
