The strategic human resources management and the organizational performance of companies in the manufacturing sector of Aguascalientes

Abstract

Nowadays, organizations face increasingly greater challenges with the clear objective of gaining competitive superiority, and one way to achieve this is through their human resources, these being a key piece in improving performance. The objective of this research was to know the relationship between strategic human resource management and organizational performance, the data were collected through a questionnaire that consisted of three parts: the first part intended for demographic data, the second for strategic resource management humans, and the last to organizational performance. The results showed that the way an organization manages and sustains its human resources has a notable relationship with its performance and achievements.
