Elaboration of a Meatloaf
Abstract
Meatloaf is a dish prepared in various places due to its versatility in using ingredients, including meat products. Its origin is uncertain, but it made its way to the United States thanks to migrants and saw a surge in popularity during the Great Depression, as economical, nutritious, and high-yield foods were sought after. The aim of this practice is to create a meatloaf using simple ingredients to spread this recipe. Meatloaf is an excellent source of protein; however, it is necessary to consider the fat content to prevent diseases.
