Oatmeal cookie preparation
Abstract
Veganism is a food option that eliminates foods of plant origin, dairy, meat, eggs, fish and shellfish, obtaining the daily protein intake of products of plant origin, in its greatest proportion from the consumption of oilseeds, cereals and seeds as They are oats and peanuts. However, the vegan market requires options for bakery and pastry products that are free of ingredients of animal origin; oatmeal cookies are available to cover this growing demand.
