Structural characteristics as an impulse of the strategies. Cooperation between companies from Aguascalientes, Coahuila, Baja California and Nayarit

Abstract

Four case studies that address the relevance of inter-company cooperation, as a strategy for the permanence, development and growth of organizations located in the states of Aguascalientes, Coahuila, Baja California and Nayarit. The first section belongs to the inter-company cooperation of companies in Aguascalientes during the period of 2012-2015, the results of the investigation concluded that there’s a relationship between the company’s business and cooperation, as well as a positive relationship between the educational level and cooperation. The second section analyzes companies in the construction sector and how strategic alliances and cooperation are related; concluding that, with greater experience within the sector, there is greater interest of cooperating with other enterprises. The third section exposes the situation of wine companies in the state of Baja California and their relationship within inter-company cooperation, the quantitative results show that there is no relationship between partnership based on production, size and age of the organizations, meaning that there are other factors affecting the approach to cooperation. The last section emphasizes the relationship between the characteristics of the company and the profile of the entrepreneur in companies in the tourism sector in Bahía Banderas, Nayarit; showing that the profile of the entrepreneur is an enhancer of inter-company cooperation.
