Abstract

Carrying out this research is very important since, as is known, many of the tourist sectors in the accommodation area find themselves in the need to evade or simply ignore some events that affect Girls, Boys and Adolescents, this from the point of view of labor exploitation and abuse. That is why concern arises and the need to know if, in addition to the municipality of Tizayuca Hidalgo, there are more establishments in the State of Hidalgo, they have the National Code of Conduct for the Protection of Girls, Boys and Adolescents in the Travel and Transportation Sector. Tourism (CCN). The general objective is based on recognizing tourism service providers that have implemented actions to prevent human trafficking in the State of Hidalgo. The implementation of a research method was carried out with a non-experimental cross-sectional design with descriptive scope in which an inventory of hotels in the State of Hidalgo with a classification of 3, 4 and 5 stars that have obtained recognition was carried out. of the National Code of Conduct (CCN), this helped us see that there is a wide variety of establishments that do not implement it and do not even know of its existence. This research yielded alarming results since it is a topic widely heard but rarely addressed. It is important to give security to travelers and to the places where tourism is developed, it is a recognition that can be obtained in an easy way since it only needs commitment and study to be able to implement it correctly, finally it was shown that there are hotels that are implementing it and they constantly train their employees for improvement, and although there are places that still do not achieve it, the hotel sector tries to emphasize that tourism service providers acquire it in their establishments since it gives a good image and helps society.
