Disarmament and the negotiation of the TCA in Mexican diplomacy
Abstract
This article constitutes an analysis of the disarmament machinery of the Mexican State in relation to the disarmament and international security regime of the United Nations (UN) and the Organization of American States (OAS), and takes as a case study the role of Mexican diplomacy in the negotiation of the Arms Trade Treaty.
