Abstract

In an environment of high uncertainty, where response time is vital, since it involves the preservation of life. Humanitarian logistics becomes a fundamental instrument, with a broader vision towards the preparation and response to disasters and catastrophic events such as earthquakes, floods, tornadoes, fires, among many others.
