Classification of hand gestures based on nested polynomials by means of EMG
Abstract
The document presents a classification of different types of hand gestures by means of myoelectric signals (EMG), which will be processed by a Kernel Gaussian type filter, for subsequent classification using the Nested Polynomials method. The results of the classification process are the correct identification of a single gesture, as well as the classification of multiple gestures at the same time. After having the results of the classification, they can be implemented in various applications later.
