Management innovation in tourism
Abstract
The management innovation is an adaptation strategy in the face of adverse situations, since it contributes to reducing uncertainty within the organization. And at the same time, it can promote the exploration of new alternatives to generate changes and develop or enhance the skills of tourism companies to face the dynamic and constant transitions of the sector.
