Abstract

The social and environment have generated  that the solving ability being  provided by government. However, the budget and plans are not enough to fight them. That's why that the society must; directly  or indirectly,  add  to fight against  these problems.A way  of solution could be Private initiative; through sustainable enterprises, to develop and innovate products  and services that cause an social, environmental and economic impact.The proposal of this work is to describe the relevant aspects that an entrepreneur must  have, to carry out  its project  with a sustainable approach. The sustainable a entrepreneurship promotes the economic and social development of the country. It is important to know the what components influence to approach the sustainable entrepreneurship. In one hand we have the internal structure of the organization; this means; the human talent, the product, the organizational structure itself; the policies, procedures and processes that the business model is reflecting on; and in the other hand we have the external factors, which englobes the politics, the society, the economy and education, that in some way influence to execute its idea about innovative projects that produce an social  impact  as changing agents.
