Abstract

According to popular wisdom, physician, poet and crazy, we all have a little. However this is not limited only to the field of medicine and poetry. In many areas we find people without conducting specialized studies are assumed to be "historians", "chroniclers", "writers" or simply "storytellers". These people can be self-taught or professionals in other branches. This does not determine the relevance of their work because all of them are united interest in preserving and disseminating the cultural heritage of their town. Such is the case of Tulancingo, Hidalgo, city where several associations have emerged that have dealt with the conservation of the same and have developed several projects for it.
