Abstract

The book presents the ideal methodology for the application in the valuation of companies, three quantitative models are described as important support in the corporate finances of companies that are listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange; This work provides in a synthesized way the financial point of view in the analysis of parameters that allow the orientation to determine the value of the company; The text is made up of seven chapters, it begins with the theoretical bases and financial terms used in the models and clearly explains the Black and Scholes Model (B and S), the Model that indicates that the company is worth for the generation of future cash flows (FED) and the Economic Value Added Model (EVA); This allows the reader to have the applicable knowledge to make decisions that equally benefit all stakeholders in the compan .
