Abstract

Nowadays the success of companies is measured by the increase or decrease in sales, however, it has been forgotten that the real generator of wealth in any company is human capital. Some of the strategies that can be implemented to promote labor productivity are constant training, motivation, recognition, compensation of effort, among others. All of the above is possible only if the leader acquires the commitment to promote culture and teamwork to awaken in them the love and passion in their daily activities, resulting in improving the economic results of the company.
