Economic Law
Abstract
Starting from the general concept of Law as just or right, we can talk about Economic Law as that legal branch aimed at prioritizing all those activities that generate productivity, that is, it seeks to guarantee national development and that this is sustainable and integral for the benefit of a country. This right allows the State to lay the foundations to have an efficient regulatory power, within previously established regulations and whose economic interests at national and international level and the private sector are not affected. These aspects are clarified within the work entitled Economic Law, where in ten units and two annexes are described relevant issues to be applied in areas such as tourism, economy and international trade, among others.
