Abstract

True communication does not begin by speaking but by listening. The main condition of a good communicator is knowing how to listen. Communication is not given by the sender who speaks and the receiver who listens, but rather by two or more human beings or communities that exchange and share experiences. The main problem in communication occurs when the information that is transmitted is incomprehensible to the receiver, this prevents creating a dialogue between them, it should be emphasized that sometimes it is impossible to transmit everything with absolute certainty, because to express an idea the sender must encode the message effectively, also the receiver will decode that information to form their own idea and understand what they want to make known, which does not always coincide.
