Good practices in teaching gastronomy

Abstract

In view of the pandemic caused by COVID 19, the Graduate in Gastronomy at the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo has implemented strategies to ensure student knowledge.

Under the simulation method, infrastructure such as laboratories in what is called the kitchen show has been essential for students through multimedia practices to allow teaching.

Teachers are presently and programmed in the course of the teaching programs and pupils have guides and manuals that enable them to perform their practices at home.
