Abstract
Previously it was doubted if coffee was something "good" for health, nowadays it is known to be famous drink composed of elements such as polyphenols, diterpenes or chlorogenic acids, as well as caffeine has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, In the same way today it is known that the amount of caffeine that can be found in the drink will depend on the method of extraction and the quality of the grain so that it no longer represents a problem for health, but an enjoyment to the palate.
