Abstract

Vegetarianism is a style of eating that does not include the consumption of meat or its derivatives. The health benefits of plantbased diets help protect the environment.  People who  decide to become vegetarians must follow a regime that meets all the demands of their body in terms of nutrients, vitamins, proteins and minerals
